CONCEPTUALIZATION
very denim garment begins with a concept. This is the first stage where our fashion designers and clients closely collaborate to understand the vision and requirements of clients. This phase involves brainstorming about ideas, designs, and fabrics that will bring the concept to life.
SKETCHING AND ILLUSTRATION
Sketching is the critical part of the design process as it enables you to put your ideas on paper. Once the concept is outlined, our design team creates detailed sketches and digital illustrations using free hand and CAD software. These illustrations act as visual blueprints and enable designers to review, modify, and transform designs. In this phase, design team also creates Tech Packs that outline fabric specifications, measurements, and all other technical details.
PATTERN CREATION
Pattern creation is the art of making a blueprint of your garment. Our team develops the patterns that transforms a client’s basic idea for a denim garment into a real piece of garment. Whether it's a mass-produced collection or a customized piece, we emphasize upon exact precision in every pattern we create. All our patterns are created with special software on computers. Pattern development for stretchable fabrics involves certain adjustments to guarantee the required flexibility.
SAMPLING
Whether it’s a large-scale production or a customized piece; everything begins with the construction of a sample garment in the initial stage. A sample piece is thoughtfully created to ensure a desired fit and characteristics. Once the sample is approved, it is used as the foundation for producing bulk quantities.
Pattern Grading
Pattern grading is the meticulous process of creating different sizes of the original pattern. It is the critical phase in which our team makes sure that the denim garment fits perfectly across all sizes right from XS to XL and beyond. By taking the sample size as the base, our team uses advanced grading techniques and size specification sheet to create smaller or larger sizes.
Marker Making & Fabric Cutting
Once the pattern creation and grading is completed, the marker planners create markers to determine how the pattern piece should be cut most efficiently from several layers of fabric. Our experts employ both the manual and automated cutting techniques to ensure accuracy in every cut, ultimately minimizing wastage of fabric and maximizing efficiency.
STITCHING & ASSEMBLY
Once the fabric pieces are cut, they are moved to the stitching department where the assembly begins. Our skilled artisans bring the garments to life using advanced sewing machines. From sewing the main body pieces to adding intricate details such as back pockets, belt loops, and more; everything is executed with precision!
Washing
Washing is the revolutionary step that transforms a basic blue denim into something extraordinary. Our denim jeans, denim dresses, and other apparel go through different washing techniques to achieve the required softness and colour fading effects.
Finishing
All our denim jeans and garments go through a comprehensive finishing process to ensure the quality of each piece. Our finishing floor is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and tools to boost efficiency.

QC

Packaging
Once the garments pass the inspection, they are pressed, folded, and packed using eco-friendly materials, ready to be shipped to their final destination.
